Medical Expense Fundraiser

As most of you know, David McGivern, was struck by a motorist and dragged while riding his bicycle across the Donald Ross bridge on March 25th. David was in the hospital for 9 days, and has undergone intense physical, occupational and speech therapy for his injuries. He is still recovering and will have many medical bills as there is no one to account for this hit and run accident.
