We had a great turnout and awesome effort for Team BGI at Clash of the Fittest on Sunday. BGI had 3 teams and 4 individuals participate. Results are as follows: Teams - Team B 10th, Team G 18th, Team I 26th. Women RX - Erika S 15th, Women Scaled - SJax 17th, Kirstyn 37th, Maria 46th.

Good luck to all BGI athletes participating in the Clash Sunday. Competing as individuals are: Kirstyn, Maria, SJAX, Erika S, and Wyatt. We also have three 4 person teams competing as well. The event runs from 7:30am to 7pm at the South Florida Fair Grounds.

Reminder: The CrossFit Social to help raise funds for the Special Olympics is this Friday, December 9th at 9PM. The event will take place at Holy Smokes on PGA Blvd. We will be meeting early (the plan is 8PM) to eat and hand out free drink tickets to BGI members.
