Step Two

You've had your free trial session or already know that you want to get started right away. The question is, do you want to jump right in to unlimited training or test the waters before you make a commitment?

Fundamentals Start-up:

You liked your free trial session but aren't sure you are ready for the intensity of regular group classes. Log back into our online schedule program and purchase the 3-pack fundamentals classes to "test the waters" of our programming. You will work with one of our trainers to learn the basics of CrossFit with other new people! Once you complete your 3 fundamentals classes, you can take what you've learned and continue on your own or purchase a membership and allow us to continue to help you on your fitness journey.

Unlimited Start-up:

You loved your free trial session and want to get started right away. Log back into our online schedule program and purchase your first month of unlimited training. You will have unlimited access to all our scheduled group classes, including yoga for one month. We will scale and modify our Workout Of the Day (WOD) to your current fitness level for as long as you need.

Decide after your first month if you want to continue on to Step Three.
